VM Engineering. Bar, since 1995.
Thirty years, one company, one city. We didn't build in Budva or on the coast — everything we built can be visited in one afternoon, and someone lives in all of it.
1995
VM Inženjering founded in Bar. The first buildings are residential buildings in Bjeliši.
2004
The first larger residential-business complex, 48 apartments with a commercial ground floor.
2012
Transition to ventilated facades and aluminum carpentry as standard in all buildings.
2018
Start of work on the Novi Bar neighborhood in Šušanj — the company's biggest project up to that time.
2022
Phase 1 submitted: two slats, 110 apartments, occupancy permit and energy passports issued.
2026
Built Phase 3 (River Park) while simultaneously preparing Phase 4 (continuation of River Park).
How we build
Own construction team
The construction and rough construction is done by our team, which has been the same for fifteen years. Installations, facade and carpentry are done by subcontractors with whom we work for a long time and who we change when the quality drops, not when the price drops.
The warranty on construction is ten years, on installations five years, on carpentry and equipment according to the manufacturer's warranty. Service after handover goes through the same phone number, not through the form.
